IFN works to improve food products in taste and quality by breaking down items to their most basic components. We wanted to show how they work down to the very core ingredients and elements that go into these products.
Using a high-speed camera, we were able to explode various food items, capturing the particles as they flew apart. They wanted to also make sure we highlighted the technical aspects of their jobs as well, showing the use of science and innovation to improve their client’s products.
